Our staff consists of current fraternity and sorority members who wanted to create a fresh new look to the way t-shirts were designed for Greeks. At Greek Streak, we allow you to design your own T-shirts or we can design one for you. Just let us know your vision and one of our highly talented designers will create your next Greek t-shirt. You can also give us an idea or sketch and we can make a custom greek apparel design for your fraternity or sorority. |
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for our online purchases. You may also mail in a check or money order. For both your protection and ours, we screen all credit card orders for potential fraud. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct to avoid delays with your order.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal
information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal
information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information
is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into
our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those
authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep
the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Quality Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction means everything to us! We offer only the highest quality screen printing available in the industry. If your shirts are damaged or misprinted due to an error in production, we will replace or credit your order. Simply send us an email at greekstreak@greekstreak.com or call us at 1-855-GREEK-ST and we will work with you to quickly resolve the problem. All claims must be made within 14 days from receipt of merchandise.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your items are materially flawed, or defective in any way. If you received a defective garment please contact us at greekstreak@greekstreak.com or 1-855-GREEK-ST within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.
In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please contact us at 1-855-GREEK-ST. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.
Please note that the payment of your invoice is your acknowledgement that you have checked and approved the invoice and your design proof in its entirety (including: shipping address, item, item quantity(s), design, spelling, ink colors and design layout) and would like Greek Streak to produce and ship your order to those specifications. Any costs associated with overlooked errors in the review of your invoice, or your design proof are the responsibility of the customer. Misprinted custom apparel will only qualify for a return, reprint, or credit if it was misprinted due to an error in production.
Cancellation Policy
All orders are custom designed per the customer's instructions, and can be changed or modified during the proofing process. Once we have accepted your final payment cancellations may only be requested within the following 24 hours, prior to the production of your order. There may be cancellation and re-stocking fee if you choose to cancel at that point. Cancellations prior to production will be billed for all charges incurred up to that point. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Once your order has been put into production it cannot be cancelled.
