Summer break is the best time to get your body back in shape and shed a few unwanted pounds! Sometimes your days are so jam-packed you don’t have time to go to the gym or take the time to do full on workouts. Here are a few easy workout routines you can do at home that will get your body back to the way it was! (More in depth explanation of the workouts here)

-Do 2 sets of 20 with a 30 second interval in between
