Mocktail Recipes: Strawberry Pineapple Punch, Sangria, FIZZ and More!

With Spring finally making an appearance, it’s time to break out your blenders! Delicious drinks aren’t just for the 21+ crowd. Simple recipes, just for you.
Embrace the changing of the seasons with these fruity, non-alcoholic drinks.

Strawberry Pineapple Punch untitled 1
What you’ll need: 2 packages frozen strawberries (thawed), 1 46 oz can of pineapple juice (chilled), 4 cups Sprite or Sierra Mist (chilled)
Puree strawberries in a blender or food processor.
Pour into large punch bowl.
Stir in pineapple juice and soda.
~ Serve and sip ~

Sangria Punch
What you’ll need: 1 quart (4 cups) cranberry juiceĀ cocktail, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tbsp lime juice, 3/4 lemonade or pink lemonade flavor drink mix, 3 cups club soda, 2 sliced oranges, 2 sliced limes
Mix cranberry, orange, and lime juice with lemonade or pink lemonade flavor drink mix.
Stir until mix is dissolved.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Add in club soda, fruit and ice.
~ For more fruit flavor, add 1 cup mixed berries with the sliced fruit ~

FIZZ – Fruity Sparkling Water
Fill glass 3/4 full of sparkling water
Add your choice of fruit juice – blackberry, blueberry, pomegranate, lime, pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, orange…
Additional sweeteners and herbs are optional – basil, cilantro, mint, rosemary
~ Just add ice and a little umbrella ~

What you’ll need: 1 quart (4 cups) raspberries, 1 cup lime juice (fresh or from container), 1/2 cup sugar, pinch of salt, 3 cups cold water, ice
Combine raspberries, line juice, sugar and salt in a blender.
Blend on high until smooth – about 1 minute.
Pour into pitcher. To remove seeds, strain through a fine mesh strainer.
Serve in ice-filled glass.

Simply combine ginger ale, sliced strawberries and ice!
